SEU Competition rules

This year, the SEU OKRs experience becomes even more enticing with a series of contests that will not only test your skills and knowledge but also foster team spirit and healthy competition among all our brands. 

What do the contests consist of?

Throughout the year, contests will be organized in different formats: by brand, individual, by department, or in mixed teams. Each contest will have a specific theme related to SEU OKRs. 

How are points accumulated?

Each participant will receive 10 points for each contest they win, which will be added to their total score for the year. The top 10 participants with the highest scores at the end of the year will be the fortunate winners of the following prizes: 

1st place: 1,500 euros + a day off

2nd place: 1,000 euros + a day off

3rd place: 500 euros + a day off

4th to 10th place: 4 hours off

How is equal opportunity ensured?

We are aware that each contest must be carefully thought out to ensure that all members of the SEU OKRs have the same opportunities to accumulate points and compete for the grand final prize. 

To achieve this:• All contest results will be extracted from a unified data source, agreed upon with country managers and SEU Champions.

• For new team members who join throughout the year, their personal score will be proportionally increased based on their team's average at the time of their joining.

• For new brands joining our OKRs, additional points will be allocated by consensus with SEU managers and Champions.

• For the allocation of contest points by brand, the quantity of customers, personnel, products, and market reach will be taken into account. 

When are the contests held?

The contests will take place in May, July, September, November, and December.
